Asian Sun, individual serving
- 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 125 ml mango or apricot nectar
- 125 ml of Ginger ale
- Splash of lime juice
- Sprinkle of freshly grated ginger
- Ice cubes
- Fresh fruits
Combine rum, citrus liqueur, nectar, lime juice and ginger ale in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour into a highball glass containing ice.
Top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with fresh fruits.
