Asian Sun, punch version


- 250 ml (8 oz.) white rum
- 125 ml (4 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 1 litre (34 oz.) mango or apricot nectar
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 litre (34 oz.) ginger ale
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- Ice cubes
- Fresh fruit (orange, pomegranate, lime, star fruit, etc.)
- Serves 8
Combine rum, citrus liqueur, nectar, lime juice and ginger ale in the punch bowl.
Cover and let steep about 2 hours in refrigerator.
Add ginger ale immediately before serving.
Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with fruit (orange, pomegranate, lime, star fruit, etc.).
