Almond Sour
- 60 ml (2 oz.) almond liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 lemon zest
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine all ingredients, except Angostura and lemon zest.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a balloon or cognac glass using an ice strainer and sieve.
Add dash of Angostura.
Garnish with lemon zest.
