Spritzini


- 60 ml (2 oz.) bitter liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 60 ml (2 oz.) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) club soda
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 twist orange peel
Combine the bitter liqueur, dry gin and the orange juice into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with club soda.
Stir a few minutes using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange-peel twist.
