Fizz Studio


- 60 ml (2 oz.) brandy
- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 1 splash lemon liqueur
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) fresh lemon juice
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) grenadine syrup
- 200 ml (6 2/3 oz.) tonic water
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon slice
Combine the brandy, dry gin and lemon liqueur in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Add the lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with tonic water.
Add the grenadine syrup.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
