Whipped Sunset

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) whipped cream-flavoured vodka
- 90 ml (3 oz.) sweet and sour syrup
- 60 ml (2 oz.) pineapple juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) grenadine syrup
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream
- 1 lemon zest
Combine the vodka, sour mix and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Add the grenadine syrup.
Garnish with whipped cream and a lemon zest.

Sweet and Sour syrup:
125 ml (1/2 cup) simple syrup
125 ml (1/2 cup) lime juice
125 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- Combine the simple syrup, lime juice and lemon juice.
- Stir the ingredients.
- Keep refrigerated.
