On-Demand Delivery
On-Demand Delivery Pilot Project with Collaborative Platforms
A pilot project for on-demand delivery is ongoing since late February 2026 and until late August 2026 on the island of Montréal through the collaborative platform Uber Eats. If successful, the SAQ will look to extend the pilot project to other regions of Québec, and eventually to additional delivery platforms. Suppliers wishing to qualify for the next phase of the project are invited to review all the information below, complete the form, and return it by email to the following address: demandes@saq.com.
To learn more about the qualification process required to obtain an administrative authorization for on-demand delivery of SAQ products, please consult the document available here. The qualification process is published in French only and its form must be completed in French, in accordance with the Charter of the French language and its regulations.

Suppliers of goods and services
Suppliers of goods and services who want to reply to the SAQ’s calls for tenders can visit the Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) website, where all public calls for tenders are posted. It is also possible to view the list of contracts awarded by the SAQ that exceed the public tender threshold by using the site’s search function.
