On-Demand Delivery
On-Demand Delivery Pilot Project with Collaborative Platforms
In the summer of 2025, the SAQ plans to launch an on-demand delivery pilot project on Montreal Island using a collaborative platform to better reach its customers. If the first phase of the pilot project (lasting approximately six months) is successful, the SAQ would like to expand the pilot to other delivery companies and other regions of Quebec. Suppliers interested in qualifying for this new pilot project are invited to review all the information below and complete the form before May 23, 2025, and return it by email to this address: tbd
The qualification process is published in French only and its form must be completed in French, in accordance with the Charter of the French language and its regulations.

Suppliers of goods and services who want to reply to the SAQ’s calls for tenders can visit the Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) website, where all public calls for tenders are posted. The site also lists the contracts awarded by the SAQ.
