- 120 ml (4 oz.) cranberry juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) club soda
- 30 ml (1 oz.) elderflower syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 lychee
Combine all ingredients except the lychee in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Garnish with the lychee on a pick.
