Peach Pie

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) peach-flavoured vodka
- 180 ml (6 oz.) cold chai tea
- 30 ml to 60 ml (1 oz. to 2 oz.) simple syrup
- 2 frozen peach slices
- Ice cubes
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 ginger slice, for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except for the cinnamon and ginger, in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of ginger.
