Lemon Pie
- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon liqueur
- 90 ml (3 oz.) lemonade
- 1 tsp. egg white
- Ice cubes
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lemon twist
Rim the martini glass with the lemon wedge and dip into the graham crackers. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients, except for the lemon twist, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into the martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the lemon twist.
