- 90 ml (3 oz.) dry sparkling wine
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) tequila
- 90 ml (3 oz.) white cranberry juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 pineapple leaf (optional)
- 1 pineapple slice (optional)
Combine the tequila, cranberry juice and lemon syrup in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish with the pineapple leaf and slice.
