Tiramisu
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) spiced rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) chocolate liqueur
- 90 ml (3 oz.) hot strong coffee
- 2 tbsp. whipped cream
- 1 pinch cocoa
- 1 ladyfinger, if desired
Combine the rum and chocolate liqueur into a glass (or a glass mug).
Add the whipped cream.
Carefully pour the hot coffee down the inside of the glass to create a layered cocktail.
Sprinkle with cocoa.
Garnish with the ladyfinger, if desired.
