Tom & Jerry

- 30 ml (1 oz.) amber rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cognac
- 90 ml (2 1/3 oz.) boiling water
- 10 ml (1/3 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- Whipped cream
Combine amber rum, cognac, egg, syrup, cinnamon and cloves in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into toddy glass.
Add boiling water.
Stir for a few seconds with a mixing spoon.
Top with whipped cream
