- 45 ml (1 ½ oz.) dark rhum
- 60 ml (2 oz.) ginger beer
- 90 ml (3 oz.) fresh pineapple juice
- 1 - 2 drops of Angostura bitters

Combine all the ingredients, except for the angostura bitters, in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Garnish with drops of Angostura bitters.
