Caribbean Slushy


- 30 ml (1 oz.) amber rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) brown rum
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue curaçao)
- 90 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- 1 grapefruit slice
Combine all the ingredients, except for the grapefruit slice, in a blender filled with ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a highball glass.
Ganish with a grapefruit slice.
