Triple Threat

- 30 ml (1 oz.) rum
- 30 ml (1 oz.) 35% cream
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. strawberry puree
- 1 tbsp. sugar or brown sugar
- 5 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig mint
Combine strawberry puree, lemon juice, mint leaves and sugar, in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes.
Slowly add cream, then rum.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
