- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) spiced rum
- 90 ml (3 oz.) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) grapefruit juice
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- 1 quarter-slice of grapefruit
Pour the rum, pineapple juice and grapefruit juice into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with the quarter-slice of grapefruit and a «hard to open» cocktail umbrella.
