The Vineyard

- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon-flavoured vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz.) ice wine
- 60 ml (2 oz.) apple juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) sugar cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 9 green grapes
- Ice cubes
Place 6 grapes in a shaker and crush them with a muddler.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Add all other ingredients, except the remaining 3 grapes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Cut the remaining grapes into halves and use as garnish.
