- 60 ml (2 oz.) amber brandy
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Ice cubes
- 1 cherry
Combine the brandy, sugar and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the cherry on a cocktail pick.
