- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz.) blueberry juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) fresh lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves (save some for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Tonic soda
- Lime slice (for garnish)
- Ground cardamom (for garnish)
