WOW Customer Experience Index: A first place that the Société des alcools du Québec is proud to share with all its employees

Montreal, November 6, 2019 – The Léger firm yesterday announced the rankings of its latest WOW Index of the top brick-and-mortar retailers in Quebec and top online retailers in Canada. The Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) was ranked first out of 200 businesses in the Retailers with the Best In-store Experience category. In 2018, the SAQ came in second place.

The WOW Index is based on a retailer’s performance in 16 dimensions of the customer experience and is weighted to be representative of each retailer’s recent clientele. The dimensions include product quality, competitive pricing, employee courtesy, store ambiance, sense of belonging and store proximity.
