Zephyr

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 4 cucumber slices
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar (or simple syrup)
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Put the mint leaves, 3 cucumber slices, and sugar (or simple syrup) in a shaker.
Crush lightly with a pestle.
Add the vodka and lemon juice.
Crush everything again and stir to dissolve sugar.
Add ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
