    Blend of lambics aged several years, this old gueuze is the pride of Beersel, a Belgian brewery named after the eponymous town located not far from the center of Brussels. Its golden robe retains a light layer of foam and clear limpidity. The palate is lemony, milky and grilled, with a biting acidity reminiscent of apple. The bubbles are fine, present, creamy, and the finish is dry.
