One of the first Australian wines from the typically Austrian variety Grüner Veltliner, this wine is called Kühl, which simply means «cool« in German. A well-chosen name that reflects the climate reigning in the Adelaide Hills, where it comes from. Dry and invigorating, it unveils citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit, a delicate scent of peach and a vegetal touch.
