The creation of Bollinger estate in the 1970s certainly influenced the position of this estate's crémants as one of the best in Loire, according to the «Guide des vins Bettane et Desseauve». Just like Champagnes, the second fermentation is done in bottle and release to the market is done only after some cellaring, a minimum of 12 months for this cuvée. A vibrant and dry sparkling wine perfect for cocktails or to kick off the evening.
