This cuvée enjoys a beautiful reputation and presents the personality of a classic Pinot Noir, featuring scents of cherry and raspberry, humid dirt and undergrowth, all bonified by a subtle peppery note. Its generous texture and suppleness make it an excellent versatile choice for veal chops or mustard and herbes de Provence-marinated tofu skewers.
