Benjamin Taillandier set out on his own at the age of 27, with the desire to produce “old-fashioned” wines. Organic farming, as little intervention as possible, but always with the objective of producing artisanal wines with a unique personality. Mission accomplished, to our greatest pleasure! This red, both digestible and tasty, is a delight. Serve it chilled with charcuteries, a lemon and herb chicken skewer, or even a grilled pork chop.
