- 100 ml (3 1/3 oz.) club soda
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) berry juice from fresh berries (strawberries, pomegranate, etc.)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maple syrup
- Ice cubes
- 3 mint leaves

Crush berries using a pestle.
Strain the crushed berries using a sieve.
Add lemon liqueur, berry juice and maple syrup in an INAO glass containing a few ice cubes.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with mint leaves.
