    • 2 oz Rosemont L’Après-Ski rum
    • 1 oz pear nectar
    • 0,75 oz fresh lime juice
    • 0,50 oz maple syrup
    • Egg white
    • Ice cubes
    • Grated cinnamon

    In a shaker

    Pour all the ingredients.

    Dry shake 1 time, no ice.

    Second time, add ice cubes and shake vigorously.

    Double-strain into a chilled glass and springle with cinnamon.
