DeLille Cellars is a young winery founded in 1992 in Woodinville, Washington State. Among the wine it produces, the «Doyenne» selection specialises in Rhône-based varietals. Made to honour the Provence style, the Aix cuvee (as in Aix-en-Provence) brings together Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Imposing, tannic and aromatic, this beautiful cellar-worthy wine opens on flavours of chocolate, licorice, cassis, wood and violet. It will no doubt become perfectly refined with a little time.
