Well known to Montrealers for his restaurants, Carlos Ferreira wanted a vineyard to make his own wine and eventually settled on 20 acres of land and olive groves in the upper Douro region. This white wine reveals pleasant honey, floral and citrus scents while the mouth adds acidity and persistence. An authentic wine that will pair wonderfully with appetizers of smoked salmon or ceviche.
