Just outside Bordeaux, at the doorsteps of Médoc, Château Trois Moulins neighbor with prestigious Cantemerle and Giscours. Named after a nearby flourmill, this property wisely puts together Merlot and Cabernets. Aged partly in new barrels (30%), partly in one-year barrels (20%), this wine also benefited from a 12 to 15-month aging on fine lees. A classic Bordeaux, it opens on notes of blackcurrant, cherry, cedar, cocoa and graphite, displaying a nice overall balance.
