Shopping on SAQ.com is easy, safe and inexpensive.
Create an Account
- Find products you wish to buy using our search engine and add them to your cart by clicking on ADD TO CART after selecting the desired quantity.
- To view the contents of your cart, click on the corresponding icon at the top of the page.
- Before the next step, you must first choose the delivery service you wish to use:
- IN-STORE DELIVERY
- HOME DELIVERY
- For the next step, click on ORDER.
SAQ.com is optimized for the following browsers (and their most recent versions): Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 29, Safari 7 and Chrome 35.
Choose a delivery option
Always looking for new sustainable development ideas, SAQ.com will now reuse cardboard boxes to deliver some of its orders. Don’t be surprised to see a specific brand on the box your purchases arrive in; it’s not a mistake, and it’s not advertisement. Simply a green initiative.
You can now shop online and get your purchases delivered for free in participating stores when you buy for $75 or more, within 3 to 5 business days.
The first time you choose in-store delivery, the store closest to your billing address will be suggested. To have your purchases delivered to another store, click on the link CHOOSE ANOTHER STORE and four other surrounding stores will be suggested.
To choose among a greater number of stores, enter a Quebec postal code and the five closest corresponding stores will be suggested. If you wish, you may also select a store using the map format.
This delivery option is offered in several stores across Quebec.
Home or office delivery
You may also have your purchases delivered to your home or office within 3 to 5 business days.
By default, the order will be delivered to the address you entered when you created your account. To choose another address, select it from the drop-down menu below SHIPPING ADDRESS or click on NEW ADDRESS, complete the required fields and click on SAVE.
The next step will allow you to choose the desired delivery date by selecting it in the drop-down menu. By default, the closest date will be suggested.
Delivery to more than one address:
Choose DELIVERY TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS and check the boxes next to each desired recipient. You may also add a new delivery address by clicking on ADD AN ADDRESS.
TIP! When making purchases to be sent to several addresses, we suggest you add the addresses beforehand in your list of saved addresses, which you can access in the MY ACCOUNT page, accessible at the top of the page.
Pay for Your Order
The following page displays your order summary. You can change your order by clicking MODIFY MY ORDER.
This same page allows you to finalize your transaction. To do so, simply:
- Choose the method of payment.
- Enter your credit card number.
- Select the appropriate expiration date.
- Type in the security code.
- Accept online sales conditions.
Checking Your Orders
To check the status of your orders in process, click on MY ACCOUNT and then ORDER STATUS at the top of the page.
Your order status will be displayed. You have the option of clicking on the order number to view the billing details.
- The prices indicated on the SAQ.com site are those established for consumer sales.
- The applicable sales taxes are included in the prices displayed.
- All prices quoted on the SAQ.com site are in Canadian dollars.
- The prices of products offered on SAQ.com may differ from those displayed in SAQ stores.
- To make up for unpredictable fluctuations in the market, the SAQ reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on its site at any time, without prior notice.
- The applicable sales taxes are not included in the delivery fees displayed. They are added at the time of payment.
