Detailed info
This is a signature cuvée produced by Tenuta di Castelgiocondo, an estate owned by the Frescobaldi family in the heart of Tuscany. This red wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso, a noble grape variety renowned for its ability to express the Montalcino terroir. Vinification follows traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by extended ageing in oak barrels, which lends the wine greater aromatic complexity while softening its tannic structure. An excellent choice to accompany grilled beef fillet or a classic lasagne with Bolognese sauce.
