Originally from Alsace, where it has disappeared, but on the rise in Germany and Austria, the St-Laurent grape variety is at the origin of fruity and sapid wines... And in the hands of Gernot and Heike Heinrich, whose reds are the most popular in the country, it's easy to have a soft spot for this organic cuvée, both tasty and authentic. Its scents recalling cherry and cranberry, joined by subtle notes of tea and sweet spices, define this supple and charming wine well, which will pair well with good-old raclettes !
