Owned by the Boivert family for 9 generations, Château Les Ormes Sorbet is a Cru Bourgeois located in the heart of the Médoc region. This high quality Bordeaux wine owes its structure and natural elegance to a predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) to which is added Merlot and a dash of Petit Verdot. The result is a wine with flavors of tobacco, cedar, blackcurrant, and sandalwood. Will improve over the next 6 years.
