Château Yvonne impresses with a Cabernet Franc that perfectly conveys all the qualities of this grape variety. Managed biodynamically, the small 10-hectare estate delivers a cuvée bottled without filtration, filling the mouth with its delicious fruitiness, exemplary consistency and a freshness that carries everything to the finish. The mouth is also marked by flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant and green pepper. Serve it slightly chilled with a beef tartare, you will be in 7th heaven!
