Detailed info
For the past 15 years, the Eguren family has been a pioneer of the Toro appellation, focusing on quality winemaking. Following the sale of Numanthia-Termes, brothers Marco and Miguel decided to push forward by creating Teso la Monja in 20017. But they opted for a new philosophy this time, favouring cooler lots with a northern exposure, allowing for a longer vegetative season, resulting in more elegant wines made from old vines. Nicely concentrated and tight, this cuvee offers scents of cassis, licorice, violet and wood.
