Macallan 1824 Amber Scotch Single Malt
Detailed info
Established in 1824, The Macallan belongs to the select group of the most prestigious distilleries in the world. Its name is derived from Gaelic « magh » (fertile land) and « Ellan » a transcription of St. Fillan's name, an 8th century Irish monk. The range of colours in The Macallan whiskies is entirely natural, drawn only from the aging in casks.
Aged in Sherry casks, this exceptionally rich whisky unveils aromas of raisins, cooked apple, cereals and caramel. Its enveloping texture leads to a pleasant finish that concludes on a delicately spicy note.
