Since they bought this Stellenbosch domain, one of the oldest farms in South Africa, in 2003, Wendy and Hylton Appelbaum have made extensive renovations. Aged for 10 months in oak casks, this Chardonnay charms with scents of peach and pear supported by floral and mineral touches. Ample and very lively, it persists for a long time.
