Adding 8% Sémillion to a blend dominated by Sauvignon, this cuvee signed Seresin is born from organic culture and was fermented with wild yeasts. Vibrant, supple and flavourful, the mouth rests on notes of mead, cassis bud, passion fruit and green apple. The ideal aperitif paired to smoked salmon with capers and lime.
