Cesari Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2015
Detailed info
Founded by Gerardo Cesari in 1936, the business is still managed by the famous family. Produced in the historic zone (Classico) of the Valpolicella appellation, this Amarone is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, left to dry on trellis until mid-January to concentrate sugar levels and aromas. Aged in different-sized casks, the wine offers a modern approach, with roasted wood, lovely ampleness and a persistent finale.
