    This azienda is divided into two vineyards, Cascina Garbianotto, the headquarters, and Cascina Gerbore on the commune of Guarene. Only grapes from their own parcels, grown according to biodynamic principles, are used in the cuvees. This one, from Guarene, is made with Nebbiolo, the flagship varietal of great reds from Piedmont. The wine is supple and offers an aromatic profile of cooked fruits, brandied cherries, tobacco and wood.
