Established by the Costa de Figueiredo family, Quinta da Falorca has been in production for five generations. Covering 13 hectares on the abrupt banks of the Dao River, the four vineyards enjoy full southern exposure and plenty of sun. The vines are aged 30 years on average with one hectare covered with 50 year-olds. Made from 15% Malvasia, this white dominated by the Encruzado, reveals a lacteous, fruity and floral bouquet. The cuvee will please fans of wines with a certain fattiness but balanced by a nice freshness.
