Domaine des Baumard Anjou Logis de la Giraudière 2014
Detailed info
The Baumard family set its roots in 1959 at the Giraudière, a manor house of the 18th century located south-west of the city of Angers. Today the Baumard estate spans 40 hectares on both banks of the Loire and is headed by Florent, who follows his father's teachings since he joined him in 1987. With no cask aging, this red is more about vegetal, fruity and subtle spice notes. This is a supple, fresh and approachable wine you can grab for a picnic in the park.
