    Detailed info

    It was following a decisive meeting with Nicolas Joly, star of the Loire vineyard and biodynamic farming, that this estate reoriented its cultivation method. Farming around ten hectares in the Sicilian area of Vittoria, this "azienda" offers a Frappato where red berries, liquorice, blackberry, tea, bergamot and dried flowers characterize a mouth that is both supple and full. Decant before serving it slightly chilled with a good raclette.
