A pioneer in organic agriculture, this Catalan estate totally oriented its production towards this approach from the end of the 1970s. It spans 80 hectares of vines, completed by grape purchasing from other growers. Usually saved for Cava and rarely produced as the sole varietal, Xarel-Lo offers a rendition full of fruit, going from lemon to green apple. Notes of honey wine and chalk complete the lively and suave profile.
