Domaine J. Chamonard Fleurie La Madone 2023

Nestled in the heart of the Beaujolais, Domaine Joseph Chamonard is a small operation now managed by Geneviève Chamonard, daughter of the founder, and her husband Jean-Claude Chanudet nicknamed "Le Chat" or the cat. The latter is part of a handful of die-hard believers of natural winemaking. With his wife, he produces wines of great purity and authenticity from vineyards surrounding Villié-Morgon. An example of elegance, their Fleurie balances its fresh a supple palate around black berries, pot-pourri and spices.
