Coming from the extraordinary region of the Loire Valley, the appellation of Chinon is one of my favourites. This 100% Cabernet Franc based wine represents the best of this appellation. We will find in our glass a deep and purple colour, an expressive nose, complex, but especially varied. Red fruits, rhubarb, jam, blackberries, blackcurrants, peppery spices, and even cloves. It evolves towards animal, leather and tobacco notes, even cigar aromas. On the palate, pure indulgence with a long and present finish.
